In response to this command:

kcipher e DoorLock-QuickRef.tif DoorLock-QuickRef.tif.KC "~My very L0ng P@ssphrase#"

I've got the following on the shell:

Notice that it bypassed compression on the assumption that a TIFF is very likely to be LZW compressed. Now, trying a different file:

kcipher e Kawashti.icl Kawashti.KC "~My very L0ng P@ssphrase#"

I've got this instead:

The file compressed very well, with a ratio of 2.58:1 causing the compressed to be 38.80% of its original size.

Now let's decrypt this last one to a different name, and then execute FC /b to do a bit-by-bit comparison with the source to be sure. The decrypt command is:

kcipher d Kawashti.icl.KC Kawashti.restored.icl "~My very L0ng P@ssphrase#"

Note how it decrypted first, then decompressed. Finally FC /b reported "no differences encountered", signaling that KCipher knows what it's doing!
