In response to this command:

KDir "\\sh\TV Series\*.Film" *.mkv /f:"SH_TV Series.txt"

I've got the following on the shell:

And the following text file automatically launched via notapad:

Note how the shell provides a statistical line at the end, while the text file does have it. This is by design, for the text file is meant to be used by scripts or other tools to manipulate a database.
